Amanda Rudd is a Consultant and has worked at The Mettle Group since 2002. Working in the leadership and culture practice, Amanda exercises her skills in research, analysis and report writing and also plays a key role in supporting executive business development.  Amanda has delivered several of the organisations largest culture and leadership diagnostics and has recently been involved in systems renovation and process reengineering for a global mining client.

Amanda has over four years experience in culture and leadership development and has worked with clients including Westpac, National Australia Bank, Anglo Coal Australia, CSIRO, Alcan Gove, BP Lubricants, Wyeth and Shannons. 

Amanda’s passion is in talent management and in aligning leadership and culture to organisational strategy. She believes that organisations can achieve true competitive advantage by identifying their talent, harnessing their potential and engaging them in a collective cause.

Amanda joined The Mettle Group from Credit Suisse First Boston (London) where she worked in a graduate role as a member of their HR Consulting Team, helping to regulate and transform global systems and processes. Prior to Credit Suisse First Boston, Amanda held an internship with West Deutsche Landes Bank (London), one of Germany’s premier investment banks, where she successfully supported in the analysis, administration, negotiation, and execution of the annual bonus pool.

Amanda has a strong academic background and has degrees in commerce and psychology from Griffith University, achieving top honours in Advanced Organisational Change and Development. Amanda is also certified in Human Synergistic’s Life Styles Inventory (LSI) and Organisational Culture Inventory (OCI).
