Catherine Glass is the Practice Leader, Culture at Mettle Group. In this role, Catherine specialises in organisational culture research and culture change. Adept at diagnosing the nature of organisational cultures and the dynamics of groups, Catherin has a sharp perception of the impact culture has no business outcomes.

Catherine has worked closely with the executives of some of Australasia's largest companies on the culture they have and how to change it to get the desired business results. Mettle clients with whom Catherine has recently worked closely with are; Westpac, The National, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Barclays UK & Ergon Energy.

Cathy has worked with Corporate Vision since 2000, which merged to form Mettle Group in 2004. Prior to working with Corporate Vision, Cathy was Director of HR at University

A psychologist by training, Cathy has a BSc Hons (BehSci) from University, Postgraduate qualifications in Counselling and Psychotherapy, and is accredited in the use of the Human Synergistics tools.

She is also a member of the Australian Institute of Management, the Australian Human Resources Institute and the British Psychological Society.
