Katharine’s previous experience includes being the key architect and implementer of the Sydney Organising Committee for the Olympic Games operational strategy. She also led the operational planning process for the venue operations and was the main facilitator on all operational planning and contingency exercises within the Sydney organisation.

She is also experienced as an independent facilitator, strategist and coach for both corporate clients and individual clients in the personal development arena of developing self awareness, social awareness, self management and acceptance.

Katharine has a Bachelor of Science (biology & history) from Duke University, a Masters of Arts (political science) from the University of New South Wales and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Stanford University.  She will soon be a qualified psychotherapist. 

She is accredited in a number of psychometric instruments including: Myers Briggs, FIRO-B, Benchmarks 360, CPI, Human Synergistics’ Lifestyles Inventory (LSI) Organisational Culture Inventory (OCI), Organisational Effectiveness Inventory (OEI), Leadership Impact (L/I) and Group Styles Inventory (GSI).
