Liana Di Stefano is Practice Leader, Research and has been with Mettle since 1997. Liana works with clients to determine their target culture to ensure alignment with their strategy and the increase of performance. She specialises in diagnostic work using in-depth interviews and focus groups with executives, middle management and frontline employees. Through this process, relevant information is gathered to write reports that give clients greater insight and understanding of their organisation’s cultural strengths and weaknesses in relation to achieving their strategy.
After completing a diagnostic, Liana translates the learning into a plan that will facilitate the required changes within the organisation. She then supports the implementation by providing consulting advice and facilitating the required programs.
Liana has over 15 years of experience working with people to bring about culture change. Her ability to work with groups using a combination of subtlety and directness with targeted questioning allows her to facilitate in a way that brings greater insight and understanding to individuals and teams.
Clients include SA Water, David Jones, Commonwealth Bank, Alcan Gove, BP Lubricants, Cable & Wireless Optus, Hamersley Iron, National Australia Bank, Westpac, Shannons, Robe River Mining, Fletcher Insulation, Commander, Sydney Water and Commonwealth Institutional Banking.
