Peter Gwizdalla joined Chandler Macleod Consulting in September 2005, and transferring internally to the Mettle Group as Senior Consultant in December 2007.

Peter has had over 18 years experience in the human resource consulting field in Brisbane, mostly with the Morgan and Banks Group of Companies (thereafter known as TMP worldwide and Hudson). He was recipient of the 1998 National Human Resources Consultant of the Year Award.

Numerous consulting assignments have been successfully completed across areas of executive coaching and leadership development, training design and delivery, competency frameworks, executive selection and recruitment, career transition, selection and development assessment, cultural and attitudinal surveying, and outplacement.

His experience extends across a wide spectrum of industry sectors including, but not limited to education, building and construction, finance and banking, state and federal government, manufacturing, mining and resources, IT, and professional services.

Peter has a Bachelor of Science degree and Post Graduate Diploma of Psychology through the University of Queensland and is registered with the Psychologists Board of Queensland.
