Tess Tholstrup is specialises in designing and facilitating interventions that allow change to occur at an individual and organisational level.  Tess is know for giving sound advice on culture and team development, facilitation skills with senior management groups, ability to review team effectiveness, and no fuss authentic public speaking.

Tess has a strong set of skills and great commercial acumen. She is an expert in cultural development program design and facilitation, individual counselling and coaching, design and implementation of competency-based learning systems, supervision and development of large production teams, aligning learning and development initiatives with business strategic direction, design and implementation of 360 degree feedback systems, and the management of large implementation projects.

She has worked with a wide range of companies from various industries including; Coca Cola, Astra Zeneca, BHP, Pasminco, Orica, Australia Post, Westpac, National Australia Bank, Qantas, Malleson Jacque Elliot, Hydro Tasmania and Snackbrands.

Prior to joining the Mettle Group, Tess has been involved in the design and delivery of solutions for effective change for over 12 years. She worked for TALSICO, EMD Consulting and the Productive Edge conducting cultural change programs, researching and finding solutions for industrial relations issues and using various diagnostic tools. Before this, she was a line manager for Coca-Cola and Astra Zenica where she was responsible for implementing process improvements, team development and aligning production demands with skill levels within intact teams. In addition she has also worked at Invisage and Anglicare developing and facilitating personal development programs.
 
Tess has a Bachelor of Education, a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology and a  Masters in Coaching and is a member of MAPS.
