Mettle's Task
Our Partner provides investment and capital raising services to private and institutional investors, corporate clients and government authorities throughout Australia and the Asia Pacific region. Because the company has recently experienced massive growth, our task was to assess the capability of our Partner’s culture to support further growth and to identify the enabling elements of the past and present culture so these could form the basis of their future culture.

The Program
- Challenging and enjoyable executive off-site with John Eales (ex-Wallaby Captain) to define the characteristics of the current and target culture of our Partner
- Qualitative and quantitative culture diagnosis
- Diagnostic results, plus gap analysis and recommendations, presented to the executive
- Diagnostic results presented to staff in all offices
- Executive leadership workshop to (a) define behaviours and standards expected within the new desired culture of our Partner, (b) raise personal accountability level of leadership, and (c) set twelve moth personal leadership goals to close the gap between current leadership behaviour and the desired behaviour within the target culture

- Increased recognition and understanding of past and present culture
- Ehanced positioning for alignment of culture to strategy
- New awareness and commitment of th executive to drive the culture forward
- A platform for new performance management system aligned to the target culure
