To manage the transformation of our Partner’s Business Services Division into a pro-active business partner of the bank and set the foundation for the division’s strategic growth and development. The business case can be drawn from the global organisational climate which the Business Services Division operates:
- Upwards of 25% annual headcount growth in some international offices
- Projected 95% full year growth in real estate space
- International income increased 420% over last five years
- Over 6800 staff operating in 23 countries

The Program
Phase One: Three day, Two night workshop to develop the vision, culture and strategy for the BSD Global Team, including:
- Connecting the team to its purpose and goals
- Developing plans for critical drivers to deliver the vision
- Defining the desired culture and leadership behaviours leveraging off our Partner's values
- Increasing individual awareness of strengths and areas for improvement
- Creating consistent key messages for the Regional Heads to communicate to their teams
Phase Two: Practical plan for communication and implementation of the outputs of Phase One through:
- A cascade leadership and team development proces
- Engagement and development of regional leadership
- Export the BSD vision, culture and strategy template to the regional offices in Europe, Asia and America
Outcomes
- Clarity and consistency in the approach to leading the regional offices in alignment with the BSD purpose
- Leadership roles, accountabilities and reporting lines clarified
- Open communication and collaboration exists across the regions
- Strong sense of team exemplified by proactive support
- Individuals understand their own contributions through their personal commitments to change
